General Questions
• What types of products do you offer?
We offer a variety of wedding decor items, these can be rented, or bespoke and personalised items can be made for your to keep.
• Do you sell or rent wedding décor?
Both! One of the things we are passionate about is reducing waste where possible, so we offer rental of all our items so they can be reused over and over again. However, if you want a keepsake for your wedding or some engraved items we can also facilitate this.
• Where do you source your wood from?
I am very fortunate because my family own a small piece of woodland. We love spending time there, it is a haven for us. All of the wood i use is from here, however we don’t pull down trees unnecessarily . The wood I use is all from trees that have fallen or had to be removed for safety reasons.
Some of the items in our collection you will see appears to be made from different types of wood, these are items that have been repurposed and given and new life. Instead of things going to landfill, I get creative!
• Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! All of our products are made from natural materials; our wood is sustainably and responsibly sourced.
• Can I request a completely custom design?
Yes you can. Currently I have a small selection of items that I have produced, but I am constantly making new items and expanding my arsenal. I would love for you to discuss your ideas with me and I will do my best to bring them to life.
Ordering & Customisation
• How do I place an order?
Currently we don’t have an online store active yet, but this is coming! However feel free to send us a message via our ‘contact us’ page and we can discuss your order.
• How long does it take to create a personalised item?
At the moment I am running this business along side another job. I am also a one woman band, so personalised items may take a couple of weeks to produce plus delivery time, depending on capacity. When discussing an order, I will always give you a realistic idea of how long it will take me to create.
• Can I see a preview of my engraving before you create it?
Yes! For bespoke and custom engravings the design will be created along side you, Once I have your approval I will commence production.
• Do you offer bulk discounts for wedding items?
Our rental package is currently discounted for a limited time. Additional items can be added on for a reduced cost.
Shipping & Delivery
• Do you deliver across the UK?
For wedding rentals, these can only be facilitated locally (Bristol/Bath and surrounding areas)
• How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
This depends on where you are located, local delivery is included within the rental package price. delivery to wedding venues is at an additional cost.
• Do you offer express or last-minute orders?
Unfortunately, as it is just me, I cannot accommodate last minute orders.
Rentals & Returns
• How does the rental process work?
Get in contact to discuss a package that fits your needs. Additional items can be added on up to one month before. The items get delivered directly to you in the week leading up to your wedding (or directly to your venue for an additional cost).
• Do you require a deposit for rentals?
Yes, we require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date.
£100 refundable deposit is also required to protect against any loss or damage of rental items, this will be returned ed to you 5-7 working days after the items have been collected.
• What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
Any damage or loss with incur a full or partial loss of your £100 refundable deposit. The exact amount will be at my discretion, and depends on how easy the item is tor replace/repair.
• What are the rental terms?
• Do you accept returns on personalised items?
Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds on personalised items, these sales are final. however if you are unhappy with the quality of your product you should get in touch to discuss possible remakes or repairs.
All our items are meticulously handcrafted using natural, raw materials. These materials may continue to evolve over time, which can include slight warping, cracking, or natural discoloration as the wood dries and ages. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that these natural characteristics are inherent to the materials and contribute to their unique, rustic charm.
Wedding & Event Advice
• What are some popular wedding engraving ideas?
We recommend engraved place name disks for your guests on the tables. These will tell your guests where to sit, but can also double as a favor and keepsake for you guests to take home.
Alternatively, you may like the idea of a personalised ring box. This can be made especially for you, and engraved with your initials, wedding date, or special quote.
• Can you match my wedding theme or colours?
We specialise in Rustic themed items only.
